Grey Incidence Analysis Of The Coal Mine Accident Triggering Factors Based On Improved HFACS

Coal is one of the main energy resource in China,China’s coal mining is more and more attention to safety.In order to establish a more and more consistent with the situation of our country coal mine safety prouduction model,based on National Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau and the Provincial Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau online bulletin 1000 typical coal mine accidents in coal mine accident in the past 10 years,triggering factors of coal mine accidents are systematically analyzed,and an improved HFACS(Human Factors Analysis Classification System)model is built which is suitable for coal industry.In addition,grey correlation analysis is chosen to analyze triggering factors of the coal mine accidents,the degree of grey incidence to each factor is calculated,and the importance of the triggering factors of coal mine accidents is determined.The incidence order of the primary causes is illegal operation,,safety oversight,illegal command,safety management confusion,institutional factors,illegal violations work does not reach the designated position and so on.Calculate the relevance ranking between the coal mine accidents and causing factors of type,the relevance ranking between the factors of people and objects,the relevance ranking between different types of people factors,the relevance ranking between different types of object factors,the relevance ranking of the different grade of accident causing factor.And analysis the results.Based on improved HFACS,the paper analysis the serious gas explosion accident in Songlin minein,Panxian county,Guizhou city,Liupanshui province in 2014.11.27 and special major accidents of coal and gas outburst in Sizhuang minein,Shizong county,Qujing city,Yunnan province in 2011.11.10.Compared with the traditional coal mine accident report and the coal mine accident report based on improved HFACS.Compared to conventional coal mine accidents reported,based on improved HFACS coal mine accident report lists which are the main factors that lead to accidents,which is a second factor,helps businesses,Governments and relevant departments targeted for rectification after the accident.
