In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy and speed up the pace of build a well-off society in an all-round way,the rural economy has been developing unprecedentedly.the construction of rural roads also speeds up the step by step.At the same time,the rural road traffic safety problem increasingly serious,to the rapid development of rural economy to bring immeasurable loss.In this paper,the western region of rural highway as the research object,based on the analysis of domestic and foreign research status of road safety audit and,on the basis of focus on rural highway safety audit issues.Mainly from the characteristics of rural highway traffic safety,traffic safety audit of the main content and the traffic safety audit evaluation and retrofit,etc were studied.First of all,on the basis of summary on road traffic safety audit,divides the road safety audit stage,and analyses the main content of each phase,and combed the road traffic safety audit program,and basic information is required for each program in the final analysis of road traffic safety audit efficiency.Secondly,from the overview of the western region rural highways,using statistical data analyses the characteristics of rural highway in gansu province and the rural highway traffic characteristics,and in dingxi city lintao data as an example,first of all from the traffic violations,weather conditions,the accident time,road type and linear aspects such as the characteristics of road traffic accident is analyzed,secondly,from the countryside work safety status of traffic accident,transportation enterprise’s main body responsibility,urban intelligent level,traffic participants’ safety awareness,etc,has analyzed the problems existing in the rural highway traffic safety,and finally,from strengthening road safety responsibility,strengthen the pavement control,strengthening the passenger source of enterprise supervision,strengthen the bad weather Suggestions such as traffic emergency management,to improve rural road traffic safety management provide strong support.Thirdly,in the western rural roads in each stage of the audit content,on the basis of detailed analysis,established the evaluation index system of road traffic safety audit,the weight of all indexes is obtained by using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,and design the process audit evaluation,finally based on vehicle operation stage appear safe hidden trouble,put forward the sharp sections,grew up and downhill road,roadside dangerous roads,village roads and cross intersection safety improvement measures.Finally,the proposed listing of audit and auditing theory was used to analysis safety audit instance in lintao 084 line improved design of Dingxi city.The road traffic road traffic safety situations be audited in different stages before and after the improved.The final audit results were obtained and a series of detailed improvement Suggestions and improvement measures are posed in security hidden danger.This example is used to examine the design in this paper the rural road traffic safety audit lists and audit evaluation theory of the rationality and feasibility.
