At present,the current situation of the lack of oil,less gas and rich coal determines that the energy structure of our country will remain dominated by coal for a long time in the future.However,the unreasonable utilization of coal has caused many problems,such as resource destruction,environment pollution and so on.Therefore,it is of great significance to detect the composition of coal sample with accurate and rapid means to control the use of inferior coal and to promote the refinement and utilization of coal.At the present stage,the implementation of coal sample preparation is mostly manual operation of discrete equipment,which has many defects,such as labor-intensive,low level of automation,low efficiency and so on.With the continuous development of industrial automation system towards decentralization,networking and informatization,the construction of an information automation system based on multi-bus technology has gradually become the focus of transformation and upgrading of enterprise architecture,which is based on the digital intelligent field devices and the field-oriented information processing as the essence.Through the cooperation with enterprise,the coal sample preparation management and control system based on Industrial Ethernet and Fieldbus is developed in this paper.First of all,it comprehensively discusses the concept of integrated automation of industrial control system,proposes a solution of coal sample preparation management and control system based on heterogeneous mixed-level architecture,builds the three-layers of field equipment layer,workshop monitoring layer and information management layer,and develops the system communication network based on Fieldbus and Industrial Ethernet technology.And it completes the research and development of the coal sample preparation and capture sub control system respectively,and achieves the horizontal and vertical information integration of the coal sample preparation management and control system.The coal sample preparation sub control system is used to realize the unattended automation control of the 0.2mm standard coal sample preparation process,and the work includes:(1)The distributed architecture solution of ‘Touch screen + PLC + Fieldbus + Intelligent instrument' is proposed;(2)The distributed control system of coal sample preparation based on fieldbus is developed and it realizes the unattended automation and real-time monitoring of the 0.2mm standard coal sample preparation process;(3)In order to ensure the granularity and uniformity of coal sample,the DTC simulation analysis of asynchronous motor is completed based on the coordinated control of torque and speed of coal sample crushing motor,thus providing an important theoretical support for the development and application of variable frequency speed regulating system for coal sample breakage;The sub control system of coal sample grabbing is used to realize the real-time dynamic response of the coal sample laboratory dish grabbing requests,and the work includes:(1)A solution of ‘PC + Motion control card + EtherCAT Industrial Ethernet + Actuator',whose harchitecture is network integrated master-slave is proposed,and the hardware motion control system platform of coal sample grabbing is developed;(2)The software system architecture of ‘management software + control software' for coal sample grabbing is designed.The HMI interface and control function kernel is developed by using C# programming language and multithreading method,which realizes the real-time monitoring and command control of the process;(3)A multi task scheduling strategy based on the priority queue is proposed,which achieves real-time dynamic response under complex ‘task requests';Finally,an online debugging platform of the coal sample preparation management and control system is built to carry out the experiments,which verifies the feasibility of the coal sample preparation and coal sample capture sub control system.
