Multi-fieldbus Mining Fully Mechanized Mining Monitoring System Based On The EPA Standard

Monitoring system based on fieldbus technology is used widely in coal industry,because of the incompatibility between the field bus,which has caused great inconvenience and waste to use and maintenance.However,the information layer of each fieldbus system need to connected to TCP/IP network.On the basis of analyzing the above-mentioned problems,based on international standards of EPA real-time industrial Ethernet technology to whom our country has completely independent intellectual property rights,based on the analysis of the technical characteristics of different fieldbus,put forward a multi-fieldbus fully mechanized mine monitoring system based on EPA standard,to achieve the target that information layer has connected to industrial Ethernet uniformly.The main works as following:1.Having analyzed for EPA real-time industrial Ethernet technology,and put forward three methods of Fieldbus Technology connect to EPA real-time industrial Ethernet,real-time scheduling strategy for ERA,based on the analysis of protocol model,protocol frame format and protocol characteristics of Modbus,CAN,Zigbee.2.Having designed a multi-fieldbus Mining fully mechanized mining monitoring system based on the EPA standard.It has presented the overall architecture of the system and the design scheme of the network model,to propose the method that Modbus、CAN、Zigbee convert to EPA respectively based on EPA standard.3.Having designed on the software and hardware of multi-fieldbus Mining fully mechanized mining monitoring system based on the EPA standard and designed on device of EPA/ Modbus,EPA/ CAN,EPA/Zigbee three communication protocol conversion,and the I/O input and output device of the Mod-bus,latching loud-speaking telephone,device of environmental monitoring of CAN bus,device of environmental monitoring of Zigbee,and it has given the principle diagram of hardware and software structure.4.Base on the KTCxxx mine communication / control / protection system that a certain enterprise commissioned in Huainan,the paper presented the engineering applied practice of multi-fieldbus Mining fully mechanized mining monitoring system based on the EPA standard and made the performance testing and experimental determination,which meets the requirements of engineering application.
