Generally speaking,after the hostages kidnapped,the criminals will retreat into a closed building.Then it is important to grasp the situation of the room for the rescue of the hostages.To this end,under the support of the national security special,our team has developed a micro-sound drilling mechanism based on the principle of torsional vibration drilling,which can drill the brittle wall at a relatively low noise.In this paper,we have improved the mechanism and made some further researches,and the main results are as follows:1.The dynamic model of the tool cutting system was established and the mechanism of self-excited vibration of a dry-friction system was analyzed.The stability of fixed point of the system was analyzed.Using the multiple scales method to solve the approximate analytical solutions of the pure slip type self-excited vibration.And we compared the analytical solutions with the numerical simulations.The self-excited vibration of a dryfriction system experimental bench was set up.The influence of feed rate and harmonic excitation parameters on the self-excited vibration was analyzed through the experiments.2.In order to reduce the noise of micro-sound drilling mechanism,a comprehensive noise source identification analysis and experimental study were carried out.According to the result of the noise source identification,the noise characteristics of the equipment were analyzed and the noise reduction was carried out.Through the noise test,it was verified that the noise reduction measures had achieved obvious effect.And the design requirements of low noise were achieved.3.Based on the theoretical analysis and experimental study of the existing drilling prototype,the miniaturization and modular design of the prototype were carried out.Through the modal analysis of ANSYS,ensuring the stability and reliability of the prototype.
