Modern steel rolling industry is developing rapidly to large-scale, high-speed,automated direction. With the pieces weight and rolling speed increasing, and thequality of products improving, the accidents happen frequently by transient biting thetorsional vibration. It will break roller and shaft, causing rolling machinery andequipment damage.This paper analyzes the cause of torsional vibration based on the large mill in asteel plant. First, according to the synchronous motor vector control principle, using theload disturbance torque sensor for detecting back, to compensate the torque componentof stator current and magnetizing current, and maintain the motor torque constant,interference cancellation. Second, make experiments on the above theoretical processusing Simulink, and get three groups: Torsional vibration suppression curve, curve ofspeed and torque component of stator current curve. These curves are all desired, Theresults showed that the inhibitory effect of torsion vibration principle and disturbancefeedforward compensation vector control method based on the inhibition of torsionalvibration is very obvious. Third, based on AC current and speed double closed-loopvariable frequency speed regulation system, We introduce the torque loop. Open loopspeed respectively in the stable rolling, disconnect the torque loop to ensure that obeythe given speed; Open the torque loop in interference, disconnect the speed closed loopto ensure that obey the given torque. And simulate torsional vibration suppression effectof this two ways.The results show: Control of torque and speed double closed-loop turns off canensure the constant speed in the stable rolling mill. The torsional vibration occurs toensure the electromagnetic torque constant and effective control of torsional vibration.
