Research On Investment Risk Of State-owned Coal Enterprises

As an important non-renewable resource in the world,coal plays an important supporting role in China's energy structure.The coal industry has been supporting the progress of our industry and the rapid development of our economy for a long time.In this process,state-owned coal enterprises play an important organizational management role,laying the foundation for social development,and continuously promoting the vigorous development of the Chinese economy in the historical process.Through the analysis of the current situation of the coal industry in recent years,it is found that the investment in the coal industry has increased year by year,and coal enterprises have received impetus support from within the industry,and have successively expanded their enterprises and accumulated funds.However,because the coal industry itself has problems such as unsc ientific management,imperfect organization,and not specific responsibility distribution,this will lead to the phenomenon of blindness and arbitrariness in the investment management of state-owned coal enterprises.The main manifestation is that the investment coverage of projects is relatively large.The scope involved is too large,the investment intensity outside the main industry is increasing,the investment in the main industry of coal is weakening,and the investment behavior of the company will be unbalanced.The amount of investment in the main industry and the non-main industry is uncertain.These factors will all cause the company's investment.The increase of risk.On the basis of this,this paper studies the investment risk of CIC Group Corporation,in order to reduce the project investment risk and achieve the enterprise goals of CMC Group.If we want to improve the accuracy and science of investment effectively,we must clean up the problems of the company.Firstly,by using various excellent management methods and systems in China to update the internal management model of enterprises,the effectiveness of business activities can be enhanced.Secondly,it carries on the risk control of the preliminary investigation,the mid-term investment and the later management for the specific project.Third,the company's existing investment model to carry out relevant scientific research,find out the current investment model of the main problems,the project design,construction,completion stage and other stages of instability factors to determine,as far as possible reduce the investment risk of CPC.Generally speaking,the risk of enterprises in the course of operation is objective,and the risks to coal enterprises should be: completely avoid conventional risks and minimize the impact of uncontrollable risks on the company.Finally,this paper intends to strengthen the investment risk control of corporate investment behavior,aiming at the related problems of CMC,and puts forward relevant countermeasures that can reduce the investment risk.
