Compatibility Study Of Inhibitors In Surfactants Viscous Acid Systems

There are stringent requirements for the type of corrosion inhibitor,and different types of surfactants require different types of corrosion inhibitors.In this paper,by analyzing the corrosion inhibition mechanism,the corrosion inhibition performance and the viscosity of the residual agent in the viscosifying agent were tested.The compatibility of the corrosion inhibitor and the surfactant was discussed.In this paper,by analyzing the corrosion inhibition performance of different corrosion inhibitors in the viscosifying agent of the surfactant and the viscosity of the viscous acid with different residual acid,the compatibility of the corrosion inhibitor and the surfactant is analyzed,and other factors such as temperature,Dosage,pH and inorganic salt ions on the viscosity of the impact.The results showed that the viscosity of the three kinds of corrosion inhibitor and the corrosion inhibitor SG,corrosion inhibitor HG and inhibitor PM were not precipitated and stratified in the acid mixture,and the viscosity of the three kinds of corrosion inhibitor was lower than that of the inhibitor 15mPa·s,which is favorable for the construction.When the amount of corrosion inhibitor is 0.8%,the corrosion rate of steel sheet corrosion corrosion inhibitor HG is 8.23g/m²·h,9.63 g/m²·h are less than 10g/m²·h,for the corrosion inhibitor corrosion resistance is good compatibility,in 5%,10%and 15%residual acid case only quaternary ammonium salt corrosion inhibitor corresponding residual acid Viscosity is greater than 200 mPa·s,so only for the viscosity of the quaternary ammonium salt inhibitor SJ and surfactant VES-V compatibility of the best,instead of Mg²⁺and Na⁺instead of Ca²⁺,the viscosity of viscous acid system Less than 200mPa·s,diesel oil on the VES-V-SJ viscous acid system of the best performance of the breaker,the rapid breaking of the final can be reduced to 10 mPa·s,no residue residue,and broken glue and formation water The compatibility is good.
