Corrosion inhibitor can form a protective film on metal surface in a corrosive environment Just add a little bit,has a good inhibitory effect,avoid metal corrosion phenomenon produced Chemical or complex,because traditional corrosion inhibitors will cause pollution in the Water environment,its application is limited by a larger.This thesis states the properties and research progress of several kinds of green corrosion inhibitors,natural plant green corrosion inhibitors and amino acid corrosion inhibitors.Based on weightlessness method,this study focus on process conditions of extracting liquid corrosion inhibitor through acid leaching soak garlic to the preparation of it,inspecting its effect of corrosion inhibition on carbon steel.After experiment study of the effect on the corrosion inhibitor of soaking time,the liquid-solid ratio,the corrosion of time,and other factors,here comes to the optimal preparation conditions,that is under the condition: 10%for HCl concentration,35:50 for solid-to-liquid ratio,and 9 days for soak period.Meanwhile,we study the corrosion inhibition on carbon steel under different conditions of corrosion time and garlic extract.Experimental results show that this garlic extract of acidic has good corrosion efficiency in acid medium in room temperature,which is more than 90%.Amino acid is the amphoteric substance that molecules contains both alkaline amino and acidic carboxylic,which can be used as corrosion inhibitors of green environmental protection.Electrochemical method is used in this document,this is study the corrosion inhibition of aspartic acid,methionine,cysteine with 0.5mol/L sulfuric acid of the Q235 steel.The experimental results show that the addition of amino acids can effectively reduce the corrosion rate of carbon steel,and has some correlation with the amino acid concentration of the medium,and the inhibition effect of different amino acids is different.Mud acid is a kind of acid which is commonly used in the production of oil and gas well,which can improve the recovery,increase yield and stabilize the production.Based on weightlessness method,this thesis study on process conditions of extracting liquid corrosion inhibitor through Mud acid leaching soak garlic to the preparation of it,inspecting its effect of corrosion inhibition on carbon steel.this thesis study of the effect on the corrosion inhibitor of soaking time,the liquid-solid ratio,the corrosion of time,and other factors,here comes to the optimal preparation conditions,that is under the condition: 12% for Mud acid concentration,1:1 for solid-to-liquid ratio,and 11 days for soak period,and 12 hours for corrosion time.Experimental results show that this garlic extract of acidic has good corrosion efficiency in acid medium in room temperature,which is more than 90%.In addition,mud acid leaching soak garlic compound with three kinds of amino acids,methionine,cysteine and aspartic acid,examines the corrosion inhibitor for two kinds of metal material of N80 and 304 steel,Experimental results showed that the mud acid leaching liquid garlic compound methionine has the best corrosion inhibition to two kinds of metal material of N80 and 304 steel,The compound has good corrosion efficiency than single mud acid leaching soak garlic.Experimental results show that the source of garlic is rich,and the processing technology of pickling corrosion inhibitor with acid soak garlic is simple,highly effective,non-toxic,and pollution-free,which belongs to environmental friendly corrosion inhibitor.The acid leaching method has high development value for the metal corrosion inhibition under acidizing conditions.
