Study On Early Warning Management System Of Natural Gas Purification Plant

Based on the analysis of the field process and the analysis of the risk,this paper takes the natural gas purification plant as the research object,and puts forward the process risk identification based on the basic situation of the process management and the defects of the existing equipment management and process management.The early warning model of process risk identification and equipment management methods are set up.Used to manage the risk of natural gas purification production process and equipment management.This paper around the main line carried out the following aspects of the main work:(1)The purification process is divided into four nodes according to the different purification functions.Identify the main risk point of each process node,put forward the key risk source of the early warning system for the purification process of the abnormal situation and the risk of equipment inspection and maintenance management to determine the focus of early warning system research;(2)According to the management focus and the existing management methods,the paper puts forward the business process of the basic information of the equipment.Then proposed the realization method of preventive inspection and early warning based on time period.Provide equipment management system module design program;(3)Analyze the merits of the current anomaly detection principle.Consider the data base.Proposed an early warning model based on the correlation coefficient analysis of the sliding window.The model can realize the risk warning 10 min ahead of the original alarm system;(4)Combined with on-site management requirements and system requirements analysis,Put forward the overall structure of the early warning system design and the module design of the early warning system from the view of early warning of equipment maintenance and process abnormal warning.
