At present,natural gas is a type of clean energy that is commonly used.But natural gas is essentially a substance that is easy to burn,explode,and easy to disperse.When a natural gas pipeline ruptures and causes pipeline accidents,it often causes significant damage to the environment,people’s lives and property.Therefore,the safety of pipelines cannot be ignored.In order to prevent and reduce the occurrence of natural gas pipeline accidents,risk assessment techniques have been widely used in the natural gas pipeline industry.In this paper,the risk assessment of natural gas purification plant pipelines is researched using methods such as comparative analysis of risk method theory,application model analysis,and actual engineering inspection.1.The present situation of pipeline risk assessment technology at home and abroad is deeply investigated and the advantages and disadvantages of different risk assessment methods are carefully compared.According to the production and operation status of pipeline system in natural gas purification plant,the risk assessment of pipeline in natural gas purification plant is carried out by selecting fault tree analysis method,Kent scoring method and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.2.According to the theory of fault tree analysis and its fault tree model,the fault tree model of natural gas purification plant pipeline is established,and the structural importance of the basic events affecting the pipeline safety is calculated.Combining the actual operation data of the natural gas purification plant pipeline,the Kent scoring method is used to formulate the scoring rules for the risk factors that affect the operation of the purification plant pipeline,which provides a basis for the calculation of the risk level of the natural gas pipeline.3.The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to obtain the weights of the four risk factors of pipeline corrosion,pipeline quality,service time,and management,and determine the calculation method for the risk level of pipelines in the natural gas purification plant,and apply this method to the third natural gas in Changqing Oilfield.In the calculation of the pipeline risk level of the purification plant,it was verified and compared with the actual risk pipeline level of the purification plant.4.The leakage process of natural gas pipeline is simulated by using FDS software,and the temperature around the pipeline,the size of the fire and the surrounding heat radiation are studied in depth.In this paper,the risk assessment method based on fault tree analysis method,Kent scoring method and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is established for natural gas purification plant pipelines,which has made a contribution to the risk prevention of natural gas purification plant pipelines;Through the simulation research and analysis of pipeline fires in natural gas purification plants,it is of far-reaching significance to predict the dangerous areas near pipeline fires in natural gas purification plants.
