| Minimally invasive surgical parts with complex structures,small size and high precision have a high demand for the surface quality.After numerical control machining,the minimally invasive surgical slender stainless steel catheter still has much small burr,which has an irregular distribution and is not easy to be removed in the intersection hole.At present,the factory is still dependent on manual work to remove the burr,which severely restricts the production efficiency.In view of high pollution of electrochemical deburring,poor effect of abrasive flow deburring and low efficiency of manual deburring,this paper develops an ultrasonic combined abrasive water jet deburring technology,exploring a new method of deburring for this kind of workpiece.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)An experimental device for ultrasonic combined abrasive water jet deburring is designed.On the basis of the analysis of the principle of abrasive water jet machining and ultrasonic machining,the blue print of the ultrasonic combined abrasive water jetdeburring equipment is finished.The design and selection of ultrasonic system and abrasive water jet system have been completed.A prototype of ultrasonic combined abrasive water jet deburring device has been successfully manufactured.(2)A numerical simulation study on the processing of ultrasonic combined abrasive water jet has been carried out.On the basis of analyzing the process of deburring with ultrasonic combined abrasive water jet,the numerical model of ultrasonic deburring and abrasive water jet deburring is established by Fluent.The liquid-gas coupling model of invitation assisted abrasive water jet machining is also established to simulate the rule of velocity field,pressure field and gas content,and the effect of flow parameters on deburring is also analyzed in the multi-energy field.(3)Experimental study on deburring mechanism of ultrasonic combined abrasive water jet has been carried out.The optimum dispersion conditions of the silicon carbide suspension were obtained by single factor experiment.Comparative analysis of the single abrasive water jet deburring process and ultrasonic composite abrasive water jet deburring process is carried out,the results show that the ultrasonic combined abrasive water jet machining technology is better than the abrasive water jet machining technology,and the burr removal quality of the intersecting hole of stainless steel catheter is better.Subsequently,the influence of the machining time,the abrasive concentration and the flowrate to the machining capability is analyzed.And under the appropriate parameters,the ultrasonic compound abrasive water jet technology can remove the burr of the intersection hole completely. |
