Abstract/Summary:
CNC(Computer Numerical Control)technology is one of the important technologies of manufacturing equipment,five-axis CNC technology is a typical representative particularly.CNC technology includes the research and development of CNC system and the design and manufacture of CNC machine tools.CNC system,as the control center of machine tool,is a focus of CNC technology research.3D tool radius compensation technology and RTCP technology,as the key technologies of five-axis CNC system,play an important role in five-axis CNC technology.In addition,the embedded CNC system based on microprocessors is gradually becoming an important aspect of CNC research.Therefore,there are a bright application prostpect to research the key technologies of embedded five-axis CNC system.Firstly,in this thesis,based on the embedded hardware platform with OMAP3530+FPGA+CPLD as processors,Linux system,DSP real-time system and dual-kernel communication kit DSPLink is transplanted,and some CNC application softwares based on the software platform is embeded.Secondly,the 3D(three-dimensional)tool radius compensation algorithm for five-axis end milling was studied.The compensation calculation of the single processing module and the transition between two processing modules is completed for three kinds of three common types milling cutters.The 3D tool radius compensation algorithm is simulated and verified in MATLAB,and the implementation method of the module in the embedded CNC system is designed.Then,the RTCP function algorithm of five-axis CNC system is studied.Based on the analysis of the causes of nonlinear errors,the principle of reducing nonlinear errors by RTCP is revealed.The design of RTCP algorithm based on C-A dual-swing head machine is completed,and the implementation method of RTCP software module in the embedded CNC system is given.Finally,3D tool radius compensation algorithm is compiled into a post-processing software that generate five-axis CNC machining code with tool radius compensation by Microsoft Visual C++,and the correctness of 3D tool radius compensation algorithm is verified by simulation in VERICUT.The function of RTCP algorithm proposed in the thesis that could suppress the nonlinear error is proved with MATLAB simulation.
