Study On Optimization Of Public Health Management In High-speed Rail Stations

With the rapid development of China's high-speed railway,high-speed railway has become the main means of transportation for our national travel.A large number of high-speed railway stations have emerged as the times require.They have become the most important transportation hub and the most dense and frequently mobile public places in cities.In recent years,new infectious diseases continue to occur,old infectious diseases resurgence,especially in recent years,SRAS,avian influenza,H1N1,H7N9,haze weather and other events,people pay more attention to public health.High speed rail stations are exposed to various infectious diseases and food safety accidents.With the improvement of people's living standards,people's sense of travel experience is getting higher and higher.In recent years,there have been few studies on public health in high-speed railway stations,and most of these studies focus on hygiene specialties such as air quality inside stations,food safety,etc.Some management suggestions are rough and operable,and have not been studied from the perspective of public management.Study.We should strengthen the research on public health management of high-speed rail stations,prevent epidemic of infectious diseases,optimize public health services at high-speed rail stations,improve passenger waiting experience,satisfy people's needs and yearning for a better life,enhance people's sense of happiness,promote the strategy of high-speed rail going out,and help build “the Belt and Road”initiative?Taking Nanchangxi Railway Station as an example,this paper uses literature research method to understand the current situation and existing problems of public health in railway station.Through field visits and semi-structured interviews,it understands the current situation of public health management in Nanchangxi Railway Station.Through passenger satisfaction survey,it understands the satisfaction of passengers to public health service in Nanchangxi Railway Station,and summarizes the existing problems.It points out that there are some problems in public health management of Nanchangxi Railway Station,such as simplified system,inadequate emergency response capability,inadequate staffing and weakened functions of supervision departments,and analyses the causes of these problems.Drawing on the experience of public health management in high-speed railway stations,airports and other large public transport waiting rooms at home and abroad,this paper puts forward that we should pay more attention to the importance of public health management in high-speed railway stations,change our concepts,improve the public health management system in high-speed railway stations from a high starting point,increase investment and improve the allocation of human resources.We should increase investment,improve public health services,rationalize the multi sector management mechanism,establish a collaborative management mode of roads and land,adapt to the Internet + era,and enhance the level of public health management by means of science and technology.It has guiding significance for improving the level of public health management and public health service in Nanchangxi Railway Station.At the same time,it has reference significance for other high-speed rail stations in China to strengthen public health management.Promote the sense of passenger experience and enhance people's happiness.
