Studies Of Mine Ecological Recovery In Zhangzhou City

Zhangzhou’ s mining industry is low and the value of creation is not high.Although in the initial stage of reform and opening up,it made contributions to Zhangzhou ’ s economic development.However,the contribution of mine economic value to Zhangzhou’ s economic development is decreasing year by year.During the development and utilization of several decades,the mining has brought a destructive impact on the ecological environment of Zhangzhou.The main destruction is reflected in 4 aspects.Namely:Destroy the original geology,topography and geomorphology,Destroy beautiful landscape visual effects、Destroying the ecological and environmental conditions of animals and plants.Secondary geological disasters.Under the guidance of the central,provincial and municipal ecological environmental protection thought and under the guidance of Xi Jinping ’ s socialist thought with Chinese characteristics,Zhangzhou’ s ecological restoration work is more urgent.Based on the analysis and research in three aspects,this paper puts forward the ideas and technical requirements for ecological restoration of mines in Zhangzhou.The first is to analyze the theories,policies and successful cases of mine repair at home and abroad.The two is the analysis of domestic mine ecological restoration mode,technical methods and quality requirements.The three is to analyze the current situation of mining development,restoration and climate characteristics in Zhangzhou.The data search is mainly from the following five aspects.The first is to analyze the research papers,research literature and research ideas of mine ecological restoration at home and abroad.This paper focuses on the ecological restoration of mines in the United States,Australia,Britain,France.Secondly,through the government departments to summarize Zhangzhou mineral resources master plan,Zhangzhou climate research,Zhangzhou Mineral Resources Master survey and other texts.The three is field investigation in Longhai,Changtai,Zhangpu,and Zhaoan counties.The case of mine ecological restoration is analyzed and summarized.Collect and compare photos before and after ecological restoration.The mines investigated are abandoned mines in Haicheng Town of Longhai City,abandoned mines in Wan’an Farm of Zhangpu County,abandoned mines in Banling Mining Area of Changtai County,abandoned mines in Xiage Town of Zhao’an County,and restoration farms in Xiamen Mine.Fourthly,interviews were conducted with experts who have been engaged in mine ecological restoration review for a long time.The interviewed experts all have senior engineer titles.The five is to analyze the ecological restoration work of open pit.Through the study,it is clear that the scope of mine ecological restoration in Zhangzhou is mainly concentrated in the "five edges" area.1.Along the road:Repair:1 kilometer outside the two sides of the newly built and opened expressways,national highways,provincial highways and railways;2,along the Yangtze River:the main river basin and the first level tributaries on both sides of the river bank or dry embankment outside the 1 km range;3.Coastal:the seven major ports of Zhangzhou(Zhaoyin Port Area,Shima Port Area,Houshi Port Area,Gulei Port Area,Yunxiao Port Area,Dongshan Port Area,Zhaoan Port Area),from the coastline to the land of a mountain visible range;4,along the periphery of the city:1 km away from the central urban area line;5,along the village periphery:the village central village or the village main residential area periphery 500 meters scope.According to the study,the guiding ideology of mine ecological restoration in Zhangzhou City is "suitable for work,suitable for agriculture,suitable for forest,suitable for animal husbandry,suitable for fishing,suitable for fishing" and "suitable for local conditions".Promoting methods of restoration are fixed area,fixed tree species,fixed quantity,fixed funds,fixed time limit,all-inclusive management,all-inclusive management("five-inclusive and three-inclusive").Rehabilitation techniques include step restoration,grass seed spraying,floating board restoration,cement spraying,waste residue reclamation,frame and small step restoration,mine fish scale pit method,digging deep mat restoration,protophyte transplantation,planting bag method,soil bagging method,vine climbing method,guest soil.Spray seeding and so on.Through theoretical research and case analysis,the selection principles of mine ecological restoration in Zhangzhou City from high to low are as follows:Economy and economy,Suit one’s measures to local conditions,Ecological priority,Function optimization.Through the principle of ecological restoration of mines,the greening mode,landscape mode,Mine Park mode,industrial or storage mode,urban public facilities mode,garbage disposal mode and so on are optimized.
