Study On Evaluation Method Of Railway Water Environment Impact-Liaoxi Railway

In the 1990s,the post-evaluation of environmental impact began in China,and so far,China’s research on environmental impact assessment is still at the embryonic stage,and the theoretical development of post-evaluation of environmental impact still needs a lot of practical content To verify and verify.In order to develop and enrich the relevant theories and methods of the conceptual content and methods of water environment post-evaluation in China’s railway industry,the author has consulted a large number of domestic and foreign references,and on the basis of the achievements of previous studies,Of the environmental assessment work to make some modest contribution.Based on the analysis and investigation of the background and conditions of the water environment of the railway industry,the evaluation system of environmental impact can be established on the basis of the evaluation of environmental quality in China.Then,through the establishment of the relevant index system to determine the impact of environmental impact factors,and in the environmental impact factors identified at the same time,quantitative analysis of the size of each environmental impact factor to determine the main impact factor.And laid a theoretical foundation for the measures taken after it to reduce the adverse impact on the surrounding environment due to the construction of the railway environment.Based on the construction principle of index system,this paper puts forward the model of environmental impact assessment in railway construction and operation based on coordinated development theory and environmental bearing theory.Finally,through the reasonable construction method,the index system of railway water environment impact evaluation is determined.Finally,in order to verify the route of the comprehensive evaluation of the impact of the railway water environment,this paper takes the Liaoyang-Anping section of the Liaoxi Railway as an example to verify the practical work steps and processes,and verify the rationality of the post-evaluation index system.
