| With the rapid development of science and technology,the processing requirements of parts manufacturing in the physical manufacturing industry have become higher and higher.Under this general trend,the product processing technology of ultra-high pressure forming technology has been greatly popularized and developed.The ultra-high pressure bulging technology is an innovative process that uses high-pressure oil to squeeze parts to cause plastic deformation.It can be seen that the research on the super-high pressure bulging hydraulic control system is of great significance.Firstly,the composition,process flow and failure mechanism of the ultra-high pressure bulging control system were analyzed and the design requirements of the bulging hydraulic control system were determined.The hydraulic system of the swelled hydraulic press’s pressurization system and the axial feed system was designed.Secondly,for the action characteristics of the booster system and the axial feed system,a simple and effective PID(Proportion Integration Differentiation)is selected as the control strategy of the boost control system and the axial feed control system.At the same time,according to the influence of environmental changes on PID control,the PID controller has been improved to make it have the characteristics of iterative learning and better adapt to the changes of the environment.Finally,the AMESim software is used to model and simulate the selected components;the model of the pressurized bulging pressure closed-loop control system and the axial feed synchronous closed-loop control system is established;the improved PID control strategy was selected,static and dynamic simulation analysis was carried out,and finally all the subsystems were integrated to form the whole bulging hydraulic control system,and the model was fitted.An ultra-high pressure loading curve was fitted as a system according to the sample.The input signal is used to simulate the total bulging hydraulic system.Through the analysis of the simulation results of the overall control system,it is verified that the hydraulic bulging hydraulic control system of the ultra-high pressure forming machine designed by this subject is feasible and can meet the design requirements. |
