| Internal High-pressure Forming( IHF)is a metal forming process that use hydraulic pressure to form the parts. It's not only our purpose to reduce weight, save materials, but one of development trends of modern manufacture technology. Based on this background, we develop the new process with wide development foreground Internal High-pressure Forming process which can reduce weight and save material and energy.Based on analysis of IHF technology and the design requirement and technology parameter, we bring forward the electro-hydraulic proportional control system planning of IHF equipment, which with the core of electro-hydraulic proportional reversing valve. Thus, the mathematical model of proportional position system has been derived, which provide academic ground for the control arithmetic and control strategy. At the same time, an increase PID controller has been established. Then, two kinds of control strategy commonly used in synchro-system are compared and analyzed. Each of them has limitation in applied engineering. The control system integrating two strategies can achieve better dynamic and static performance.To prove the correctness of theory and simulation analyses. Large numbers of experiment has been done and the result indicates that the control system plan is reasonable and feasible, the position and pressure systems worked well, the position objects and pressure object are coordinated well, the machining need the design requirement. The IHF equipment has passed the inspection, and it works well now. |
