CNC grinding of CRTSâ…¡rail boards is the key equipment of high-speed railway construction, for railway board of forming grinding. In order to ensure its accuracy of its grinding, Rail board support state must be in a natural support state. Minimize rail plate deformation due to support within the internal force formed. Rail board support depends on leveling system to realize, so the performance of the leveling system of railway board processing precision is very important.This paper expounds the track board structure,function and working process of CRTS II special CNC grinder, and detailed analysis of the grinder hydraulic system all the parts of the structure and the working principle of the leveling of servo cylinders, and grinding machine on the horizontal condition are analyzed, the moment balance based on the servo cylinders leveling process of the mathematical model, using force feedback constitute a closed-loop control system, Part of the closed-loop control PID controller is added to adjust the level.Part in the modeling and simulation, full use the advantages of two software ADAMS and AMESim, the leveling of the servo cylinder group during a joint motion modeling and simulation, under different loads through the leveling process simulation exercise contrast, intuitive the reaction of the grinding cylinder group servo leveling operation, and draw all kinds of system parameters, such as pressure, velocity and displacement curve. Simulation results show that the orbital plate leveling clamp system a short time, simultaneous high precision simulation of the actual engineering application has some reference value.In addition, this software is also used to establish a synchronous cylinder AMESim group model, and simulation results on synchronization accuracy of the main factors are analyzed and put forward some specific ways to improve synchronization accuracy. |
