| With the rapid development of modern chemical industry, colleges and universities,as the main R&D sites for high and new technology, have been using an increasing number of chemical. Therefore, more attention should be paid to the standardization of the use and storage of chemical drugs in chemical laboratories, especially in places where more dangerous drugs are used.Based on the analysis and research of the current chemical management process, this paper puts forward a complete set of chemical management conceptual design based on RFID localization technology to realize the intelligence, digitalization, automation development of the chemical laboratory.Firstly, this paper reviews and compares several commonly used RFID indoor localization algorithms and localization systems, and introduces the evaluation criteria of the localization plan.Secondly, taking into account the environmental characteristics of the chemical laboratory and LANDMARC localization system, this paper proposes a localization scheme based on improved K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm(IKNN),changes the layout of reference tags and the selection of weight formula.According to the degree of relevance of the RSSI between the reference tags and the tags to be positioned,IKNN algorithm selects k nearest neighbors, weights their position, and then gets the location of the target tag to achieve real-time tracking of chemicals.Thirdly, this management software is built with J2EE platform and JDK1.8 development environment, developing basic functions such as drug information management, user management, and drug use management. The management software stores the data in a back-end database to record and analyze the use of chemical drugs, improving the comprehensive management of chemical laboratories.Fourthly, during the actual deployment of the system, the location of the reader, the layout of the antenna, the operating frequency of the system, and the performance of the tag will have an impact on the operation of the system. Therefore,a test method based on a specific scenario in a chemical laboratory is proposed to ensure that the system can operate reliably and efficiently. |
