Study On The Planning Strategy Of Binhai Pharmaceutical Industrial Park Based On The Concept Of Ecological City

The construction of ecological civilization is China’s national strategy in the new era.Ecological civilization construction is an important part of eco city construction.The ecological development of industrial parks has become an important issue in the current urban planning.The traditional development mode and development idea of the industrial park need to be changed.Not only do we need to improve its own functions,it’s also necessary to make more effective use of land,save resources and costs,improve the industrial chain,highlight its own characteristics,green environmental protection and sustainable development can be realized.Therefore,this paper develops a planning strategy for eco industrial parks based on the concept of eco city.Firstly,this paper analyses the theory of eco-city and industrial park,the theory of industrial park planning and the theory development of eco-industrial park.Through the analysis of the concept,characteristics and concepts of eco-city,this paper explores and summarizes the objectives of eco-city construction: "integrated eco-city development space,eco-city with local characteristics,cooperative Eco-Operation mechanism,efficient ecological infrastructure support system".After that,this paper studies the development requirements of industrial parks under the concept of eco-city.By comparing the planning ideas of traditional ind ustrial parks and eco-industrial parks,it explores the planning strategies of industri al parks based on the concept of eco-city: Functional collaboration strategy to ach ieve functional collaboration,Spatial integration planning to achieve coupling of pro duction and urban development,Landscape planning strengthens the integration of human and nature,Ecological planning of infrastructure to reduce production and c onsumption,Circular industry planning to improve resources and energy utilization..Finally,take Binhai Medical Industrial Park as an example,strategy of industrial park planning under the concept of eco city,make specific planning and design strategies.The paper applies the methods of generalization,theory and practice.The way to plan and build eco city is put forward.Application ideas of industrial park planning under the concept of eco cityIndustrial Park Planning Strategy under the concept of eco city and other research results.It will provide some reference and reference for the construction and development of eco industrial park in the future.
