Research On Safety Management Of Construction Projects

In recent years,China's construction production and operation scale has been expanding,and the construction industry has made tremendous contributions to social development.But the construction industry is a high-risk construction industry,the characteristics of the construction industry determines that safety accidents are difficult to avoid.Effective safety management can not only reduce the probability of accidents,reduce the number of casualties,but also allow enterprises to reduce losses,improve economic efficiency,the healthy development of the construction industry,the stability of the country and society is also very important.Incentives for safety accidents include human factors,material factors,environmental factors and management factors.Safety accidents also have certain regularity in types,seasons,periods and personnel quality.Combining with the law of accident occurrence,this paper sums up the deep-seated reasons behind the accident by applying the theory of safety science,which provides the data basis for the formulation of preventive measures.Combining with the actual situation of the construction market in China,it is pointed out that the safety management of construction projects should start with strengthening the government supervision,strengthening the safety responsibility of construction units,implementing the responsibility of safety production management,strengthening the differential management of accident-prone groups,strengthening the management and control of accident-prone seasons and periods,as well as the pre-control of major risk sources.Taking C construction group as an example,the author points out the deficiencies of the enterprise in safety management.In order to reduce the accident rate,the enterprise has adopted a series of new measures to improve the safety management level,including fully implementing the responsibility system for production safety,perfecting the safety production assessment system,strengthening the safety production education of managers from many aspects,optimizing the education mode of employees,and improving safety management.Ways,introducing high-tech safety management technology,guaranteeing the investment and use of special funds for production safety,strengthening the management of labor service units,subcontracting units and major material supply units.The above measures make the safety accident rate of C enterprise decrease effectively and have strong reproducibility,which can be used for reference for safety management of other large enterprises.
