Explosive device is a kind of initiation device which contains output drug.It has been widely used in the field of military weapons,space exploration and civil blasting.With the continuous improvement of computer technology and electronic technology,the industry of explosive device has developed rapidly as well as the improvement of its performance.Explosive device testing is an important way to know the performance and the quality of explosive device.It also effectively reduces the possibility of having accidents during the use of initiating explosive devices.During the process of design,development and manufacture,the experiment and testing technology played a great role.In order to overcomes the problem in traditional testing of being single and dispersed.This paper put forward a multi-functional explosive device performance testing system which based on the commonly used electrical explosive devices and testing method and combined with virtual instrument technology.Because of application of computer software,the manual recording method of the original initiating explosive test has been improved,which makes the query of long-time-storage product's original experiment data become easy.The main achievements of includes: 1.Researched the pyrotechnics principle of EEDs and the testing technology.The EEDs sensitivity test method with the mathematical statistics method,the principle and method of the function time test have been analyzed deeply.Finally,established the sensitivity test model which based on the Langlie method and the Bruceton method,and determined the function time test scheme which based on the photoelectric method and the probe method.2.Combined with the technical specifications and requirements of the project,the design plan is made.The hardware part used STM32F103VCT6 as control unit which includes external power supply,test circuit and data acquisition system.According to the hardware circuit design scheme and the test principle model,designed the voltage initiation circuit,current initiation circuit,function time test circuit and so on;3.The software part includes control system software and host computer interactive software.According to the selected chip and the designed circuit,the software of each module of the control system is developed.PC software is developed based on LabVIEW.The software design patterns adopted message queue state machine in the interaction interfaces,it realized the function of parameter input and data display.The communication protocol between the upper computer and the control chip is specified as well.4.Completed the system commissioning and the verification test of the system,tested the performance parameters of the EDDs and analyzed the data obtained.The verification results show that the multi-functional pyrotechnics performance test system meets the relevant technical specifications and design requirements.Finally pointed out the inadequacies of the design,it needs to continue to adjust and improve in the future.
