In the process of cement production,the stability and accuracy of raw meal metering system is one of the key factors to stabilize the kiln's thermal system,improve the production and quality of cement clinker and reduce energy consumption.Therefore,the cement enterprise attaches great importance to the raw meal metering system.At present,the rotor scale metering system has become the mainstream in the raw meal measuring system.The metering instrument is the core component of the raw meal rotor scale metering system,which relates to the measurement accuracy and stability of the system.The performance of imported rotor scale metering instrument is better in cement raw meal,but the price is expensive.Most of the domestic rotor scale metering instrument exists the problems that metering is not accurate,the microprocessor performance is low and the electromagnetic compatibility of hardware is weak.Besides,its function is single.According to the above problem,this paper proproses a virtual multi-partitioning metering algorithm,raw meal rotor scale metering instrument was designed,effectively solve these problems of domestic rotor scale metering instrument.Specific studies are as follows:(1)Through the market research,the paper summed up shortcomings of the domestic raw meal rotor scale metering instrument and studied deeply the mechanical structure of raw rotor scale and rotor scale metering system.Aiming at the shortcomings of the metering method of domestic metering instrument,a virtual multi-partitioning metering algorithm is proposed according to the weighing principle of rotor scale,and a detailed study was carried out to realize the metering of the raw material.At the same time,the function of the instrument was studied in detail.The overall design of the hardware circuit and the overall design of the software was carried out according to the functional requirements of the instrument.(2)According to the overall design of hardware system,the hardware system is designed in detail.In the design process,the core control unit based on STM32F103ZET6 single chip with ARM Cortex-M3 at the core improves the data processing capacity;The design of isolated circuit improve the electromagnetic compatibility.of instrument.In this paper,the host circuit,power circuit,the weighing signal sampling circuit,the speed pulse sampling circuit,the flow outside the given circuit,4-20 mA output control circuit,human-machine interface circuit,switch circuit and communication interface circuit are designed respectively.(3)According to the overall design and functional requirements of the instrument software system,the software code of the rotor scale measuring instrument is designed and written in detail.The program is programmed in C language and divided by function modules.In this paper,driver design,monitoring program design,signal acquisition and data processing program design,based on virtual multi-partition metering algorithm program implementation,calibration program design and alarm program design have completed.(4)According to the main technical indicators of metering instruments,instrumentation test and instrumentation channel performance test were carried through the construction of experimental platform.Through the analysis of the test results,the function of the instrument and the performance of the channel meet the design requirements.Basically instrument can be applied in the industrial field.
