In the current,the drum shearer is the major mining equipment used in coal mine.The automatic adjustment height technology for shearer drum is the key to realize automation in comprehensive mechanized coal mining.At present,the automatic height adjustment technology was mostly researched by theoretical analysis and simulation,The research group researched and designed the experimental device for adjusting the height of the shearer.This article proposes an overall design plan based on Lab VIEW consisting of a data acquisition system and a control system for the experimental device.The thesis analyzes the overall structure of the shearer heightening experimental device,the principle of the hydraulic system and the principle of the electrical system;the pressure sensor,displacement sensor,tilt sensor,sound and vibration sensor and signal conditioner,and data acquisition card of the experimental device.The electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve and frequency converter in the control system were selected and designed respectively;Lab VIEW is applied to develop the software part of the shearer adjusting experiment device,including multi-channel data acquisition program,txt type report generation program,alarm program,data processing program,step signal output control program and the MATLAB program control module design.And design a corresponding login screen in order to operate in practical applications;the performance of the measurement and control system is analyzed and then verified through experiments,introduced the experimental method,the hardware composition.The measurement and control system is an open architecture that can be extended according to experimental needs.The development of the measurement and control system provides an effective research platform for the simulated cutting and auto-tuning experimental research of the automatic height-adjustment experimental device of the shearer,and it also provides a reference for the similar measurement and control system research.
