Application Of Restorative Justice Concept In Ecological Procuratorial Work

The eighteen major reports of the party ecological civilization is included in the “five in one”overall layout of socialism with Chinese characteristics,need to give prominence to the construction of ecological civilization,integration into economic construction?political construction cultural construction and social construction.We should intensify efforts to protect the ecological environment and punish environmental crimes.The nineteen major reports of the party clearly put forward the reform of the system of ecological civilization,strengthen the protection of the ecological environment,reform the supervision system of the ecological environment,and effectively crack down on crimes that damage the environment.At present,the environment pollution and ecological resources destruction have become a problem that can not be ignored in the process of economic and social development in China,faced with increasingly deteriorating ecological resources and environment and frequent environmental crime.Procuratorate,as a legal supervision organ in China,should actively explore the mode of “ecology+procuratorial work”,providing strong judicial protection for the construction of ecological environment.In recent years,the local procuratorial organs,relying on procuratorialfunctions,have explored the introduction of restorative justice concept to guide ecological procuratorial work,which has played an important role in ecological environmental protection.However,in practice,it is faced with a series of practical dilemmas,such as theoretical conflicts,lack of laws and unsound mechanisms.The research on the application of restorative justice in ecological procuratorial work.It is of positive significance to enhance the ability to protect the ecological environment through the rule of law and the rule of law.
