Construction Of Harmonious Mining Area In Jinning Phosphate Mine

China's mining area has a large scale and a large population.GDP accounts for a relatively high proportion of the whole country and plays a decisive role in China's economic and social development.Therefore,the construction of harmonious mining areas is an important part of building a harmonious socialist society and an inevitable choice for China's mining industry to achieve sustainable development.How to better protect and utilize the environment and make the society develop better is a common challenge faced by all mining areas.Through the practice of building a harmonious mining area,in the development of resources,people and nature,people and people in harmony,can achieve high efficiency in the exploitation and utilization of mineral resources,at the same time to carry out environmental protection,so that mineral enterprises and the residents of the mineral surrounding the harmonious coexistence.In this paper,the phosphate ore area,Jinning District of Kunming city is taken as a typical example,a total of five chapters have been systematically studied in the harmonious mining area,the core concept and basic theory are combed,the status of the construction of the Jinning harmonious mining area is elaborated in detail,and the research is carried out by Jinning phosphate mine,township and Yunnan phosphating company as a sample.The problems existing in the construction of the Jinning Phosphate Mine in the harmonious mining area,On the basis of summarizing the experience of building the harmonious mining area in China,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: first,to improve the system construction of the harmonious mining area;two to protect the ecological environment of the mining area according to law;three to promote the balanced development of the interests of the government,enterprises and communities in the mining area;and the four is to play the leading role of the government and improve the development of the mining area.The construction of responsible enterprises;the five is to improve the mechanism of early warning and mediation for contradictions and disputes in mining areas.
