| In the production process of a polystyrene meal box,the semi-finished products of stamped polystyrene meal boxes need to be punched into meal box finished products and wastes using a meal box punching machine.In the conventional manufacturing,two workers are required to stand on both sides of the meal box punching machine,manually place the polystyrene meal box semi-finished products on the meal box punching machine,and start the meal box machine.When the punching is completed,the two workers quickly remove the finished food box and wastes from the punching machine respectively.However,because the semi-finished product of the meal box can be punched into 20 finished food boxes at a time,The large picking number,huge labor intensity cause the operators are not able to work efficiently for a long time.Base on this problem,this thesis designed a set of equipment that can automatically complete the semi-finished product feeding,meal boxes and wastes taking up.Through the analysis of the requirements for the feeding of semi-finished products in the meal boxes and the finished products for the semi-finished product feeding,meal boxes and wastes taking up,a dual-motion mechanism was proposed and completed both the structure design and control system design of the key the movement mechanism,sucker mechanism and automatic lifting platform of the equipment.The suction cup mechanism of the disposable sorting box automatic sorting equipment consists of a vacuum system and a suction cup holder.The vacuum system is mainly composed of a vacuum pump,a vacuum suction cup,a vacuum soft tube,an electromagnetic reversing valve,a vacuum switch,and a vacuum filter.The motion mechanism consists of a linear positioning mechanism and a driving mechanism.The linear positioning mechanism is composed of a gear rack and a guide rail to realize fast and accurate positioning of the suction cup mechanism.The motion mechanism driven by AC servo systems is controlled by the PLC control system to realize the control of the entire moving organization.A 3D model of automatic meal sorting equipment for meal boxes was established by using the software Creo.The circuit diagram of the suction cup mechanism was designed using CAD,the PLC control program and HMI program were designed using TIA Portal software.This disposable meal box automatic taking up equipment has the advantages of compact structure,smooth movement,low noise,high positioning accuracy,high operating speed,high work efficiency. |
