At present, energy consumption of sucker rod pumping lifting system is serious, its system efficiency is generally low, and the sucker rod pumping also represents a significant proportion in the artificial fift.Comprehensively and systematically analyzing the factors which impact on system efficiency of sucker rod pumping system and the reasons which energy exhausts in the transmission process, developing research of improving the efficiency of pumping system, which has become our country one of the key research topic for reducing oil production costs and achieving highly efficient economic production. With the development of the oil industry, the rod pump oil production has been playing an increasingly important role in the oil exploitation, due to the change in the structure of the wellbore so that the well fluid inflow dynamic, rod and tubing in the wellbore force status, pump work environment than ever before and more complex. Therefore, in-depth study of rod pump lift system to optimize the design has very important practical significance.In the process of oil production, pumping action rod under asymmetrical cyclic loading, the working medium is well fluid (oil and water layers), and a lot of pumping well liquid containing corrosive medium. Therefore, the main failure form of the sucker rod fatigue fracture and corrosion fatigue crack. Off accidents seriously affect the output of crude oil of the oil pumping rod, increases the workover cost, increase the cost of crude oil.Sucker rod due to alternating load and oil, gas, water and corrosion medium interaction, coupled with the directional well worn, make it become the reliability of the equipment in mechanical oil production minimum, easily broken. Lead to sucker rod breaking for many reasons, influence factors are perplexing, mainly in ultr-stress work leads to fatigue failure.In this paper, through the calculation of the polished rod motion law, analyses the stress of sucker rod string along with the suspension point, the reciprocating motion process, established the calculation model of rod string of maximum load and the minimum load; through the analysis of reliability of Zhuangxi Oil Pumping Well broken rod and breaking causes, obtained the sucker rod Zhuangxi broken off the main reason for the sucker rod long super allowable working under stress, leading to fatigue failure; Inflow performance analysis of wells to determine the relationship between the oil production and flowing pressure; Regarding the highest system efficiency as the object function, The principle for designing of the depth of pump and selecting swabbing parameters was determined; In the optimization of swabbing parameters, to ensure that oil production unchanged, equipment can work normally and the principle of the lowest energy consumption, choice of pump diameter, stroke,pump speed, a optimal portfolio; basis of API methods, developed a multi-level design of sucker rod combination, and the proportion of each level poles formula; In the aspect of pump design, through mechanical analysis of sucker rod, the formula for calculating the maximum polished rod load and the minimum load of pump, and based on the maximum stress the principle of equality, the two rod and the three rod under different pump diameter under combined ratio;According to the design theory of lifting system, using Visual Basic language to compile the rod pump lifting system optimization design software, the software includes basic data input module of oil wells and pumping units, sucker rod string configuration optimization design module, where in the rod string optimization module provides a maximum stress equal and translated stress equal of two design methods, software development can satisfy the practical requirements, and have good operability, use the software to optimize the design of an oil well lift system, the data show that after the optimization design, optimization design methods and supporting technologies to reduce the maximum polished rod load and the minimum load, the sucker rod can be long-term work safely and effectively, and have a certain theoretical significance and practical value.
