Potassium permanganate was used to oxidize the cashmere knitted fabric.The influence and influence of temperature,concentration and time of oxidation treatment on the pilling of cashmere fabrics were optimized,and then the reasonable oxidation treatment conditions were obtained.The dyeing properties,size change and comprehensive performance of the fabric were tested.The yarn linear density of cashmere yarn used in this experiment was 26s/2,and knitted fabric was made using this yarn.Potassium permanganate was used as oxidant,processing temperature,time,concentration of oxidant,the concentration of the additives were selected as experiment factors in the orthogonal experiment,andthe number of pilling and pilling rates as an index,to optimize oxidation processing.The optimal finishing process was that the temperature was 45℃,time was 25 min,the concentration of KMnO4 was 4%(owf),and the concentration of additive was 3%(owf).The order of factors influencing the number of fabric pilling was following as:oxidant concentration,auxiliary concentration,time and temperature.The order of the factors influencing the pilling rates of the fabric was following as the concentration of oxidant,time,the concentration of additives and the temperature.Under the optimum process conditions,the number of pilling on the surface of the fabric was decreased obviously,and the anti-pilling performance is improved.After oxidation,the number of pilling dropped from 28 to 2,and pilling rates was from 2.5 to 4.Under the optimum process conditions,yarn strength,abrasion resistance,wicking,stitch density,fabric bursting strength,fabric permeability,fabric whiteness,fiber electron microscope,fiber infrared spectra and thermogravimetric analysis and other performance indexes were tested and analyzed.After oxidation treatment of cashmere fabrics,dyeing rate and K/S of the fabric was greater than that of the untreated fabric.The dyeing performance of treated fabric was improved.After the oxidation and the dyeing,the transverse length of the fabric was larger and the length of the zonal was smaller,however,after the milling,the size of the fabric was smaller.The combined performance of oxidized cashmere knitted fabric is better than that of the untreated fabric. |
