Dyeing polyester with disperse dyes,in order to guarantee the fastness of dyed sample,must use reduction cleaning and a lot of washing.water consumption is large.Sodium hydroxide and sodium hydrosulfite which are used in reduction cleaning will not only damage the surface of polyester fiber but also bring a great burden for waste-water treatment and environmental protection.In this paper,a new dyeing process-polyester disperse dye in-situ mineralization dyeing process is developed.The technology dose not discharge the dye residue after the dyeing process of polyester.The special self-developed auxiliaries which is added into the dye residue can mineralize the organic matter including the dye and auxiliaries remained on the fiber surface into colorless small molecules,carbon dioxide and water.In this way,Not only can the dyeing process reduce reduction cleaning and washing,but also the dyeing polyester process can become the deep water-saving and emission reduction processing.In this paper,XDR is used as a supporting agent for disperse dyestuff mineralization,and the process of mineralization is studied and its effect is evaluated.By single factor experiment to determine the optimum parameters of mineralization stage,when the dosage of dye is X %(owf),the dosage of leveling agent XDR is 1.0%(owf),the dosage of mineralization coupling agent XBD is 0.2 X %(owf),the dosage of mineralization coupling agent XYD is 3 X %(owf),pH value is 4-4.5,the temperature is 80 ℃,the time is 40 min.Finally studied the in-situ mineralization technology to eliminate influence of polyester oligomer,results showed that the in-situ mineralization occurring in the process of dyeing can be mineralized oligomer,reduce oligomer for subsequent processing of dyed goods.In-situ mineralized staining production test of polyester top,the results show that the depth,color and fastness of the dyed products are consistent with the traditional process.Contrasted the in-situ mineralization process with traditional technology,the water-saving rate is 62.30%,the vapor-saving rate is 22.12%,the dyeing efficiency is increased by 13.88%,the CODcr value decreases by 69.24% and BOD5 value decreases by 78.12%.The effect of energy conservation and emission reduction is very significant.The production test shows that the dyeing process of polyester disperse dye in situ mineralization is a new technology which is feasible in the actual production and processing of enterprises. |
