Traditional cashmere dyeing is usually washed for several times to improve the color fastness,the process is large,and the pollution is serious.In order to solve these shortcomings,this paper adopts the micro suspension dyeing process was carried out in situ mineralization of cashmere,cashmere dyeing to obtain good fastness and can reach the depth of energy-saving emission reduction purposes.In this technique,the bath in the residual liquid dyes,organic additives and other waste organic pollutants without emissions under the condition of in situ produced by degradation of special additives system have been transformed to inorganic(i.e.mineralization),so the technology is called "in situ mineralization dyeing technology then,divided into dyeing,pre mineralization separation,three stages of mineralization.In this paper,the dyeing principle and mineralization mechanism are discussed.The dye bath from the mineralized coupling agent XBM,mineralization p H and mineralization temperature,mineralization time simulation,the mineralization mechanism was explored,by processing the residual liquid bath absorbance and COD values to characterize the mineralization process of dyeing;the principle of the technology are discussed,using the technology of dyeing is still Langmuir adsorption isotherm;the optimization of process parameters of pre mineralization,mineralization stage,the optimum process: pre separation mineralization stage,the temperature is 85 DEG C,the separation time is 30 min,pre mineralization agent was 1.7%(OWF);mineralization stage,the temperature is 85 DEG C,time is 40 min,the dosage of XBM was 0.5%(OWF),the content of XYS was 5%(OWF).Research results show that:(1)through the study of the mineralization experiment of the simulated dyeing bath,it is confirmed that the mineralization reaction can make the reactive dye molecule mineralization as the absorbance,COD value and chroma of the mineralized residue are obviously decreased.(2)staining,micro suspension dyeing dyes on fiber dyeing rate accelerated,but did not change the type of adsorption isotherm.(3)pre mineralization stages of separation,promote reactive dye molecules without solid color and solid color cashmere fiber,and the solid color reactive dyes and hydrolysis of dyes and fibers separated and exfoliated to dye bath;mineralization stage,mineralizer XYS in promoting mineralization couplant XBM under the action of mineralization of organic additives and dye waste.(4)to determine the micro suspension dyeing process parameters in situmineralization: pre mineralization stage separation: the temperature is 85 DEG C,the separation time is 30 min,pre mineralization agent was 1.7%(OWF);mineralization stage:the temperature is 85 DEG C,time is 40 min,the dosage of XBM was 0.5%(OWF),the content of XYS was 5%(OWF).(5)cashmere by in situ mineralization of micro suspension dyeing process,fiber properties and color fastness and the traditional dyeing of cashmere,basically the same;in situ mineralization of micro suspension dyeing process and traditional dyeing technology compared to complete the dyeing process of saving 83.3%,reduce the COD value above96%,with the depth of water saving and emission reduction effect.
