Polyester spandex fabric has a problem of poor color fastness in dyeing processing,and it is more outstanding especially the spandex content reaches30%, in order to solvethis problem, the research content of this article mainly includes:(1) taking a study on thecolor removal ability of the surfactant (anionic, nonionic, zwitterionic and polymericadditives) in the process of cleaning floating on the surface of a polyester and spandexfiber, it is investigated that the complex of the surfactant matching affect in the surfacetension of solution, making a study on the surface tension of solution with orthogonal testmethod;(2) this paper examines the effect in different dyeing medium (acid, borax, carrier)with disperse dye dyeing method to dye polyester and spandex color; studying lotioncomponents (inorganic salt, alcohol, solvents and polymer additives, etc.) in the influencerule of spandex with staining removal, the reductive cleaning help lotion TM-20is madeand the reduction cleaning process is optimized;(3) this paper discusses the additives(dispersing agent, levelling agent, polymer additives) with disperse dye (azo,anthraquinone, heterocyclic type) interaction, which provides the theoretical reference forimproving performance of disperse dye.The results show that:(1) different medium of dyeing method of disperse dye doesnot reduce the staining of spandex fiber;(2) there are obvious interactions between theanionic surfactant (FMES) and nonionic surfactant (XL-90, POEA-15, XP-90), there aresame interactions between zwitterionic surfactant (CAB, CAO) and anionic surfactant(FMES, AOS) or nonionic surfactant (XL-90), finally get good homemade surfactantcompound with objects SD-20through the synergistic effects;(3)it is beneficial forremoving spandex floating color by taking lotion components (inorganic salt, alcohol,solvents and polymer additives, etc.), homemade reductive cleaning lotion TM-20has agood stability;(4) the optimization of polyester spandex reduction clearing conditions asfollows: caustic soda0.5g/L, sodium hydrosulfite4g/L, lotion TM-201g/L, temperature80℃, time to20min; the rubbing fastness and washing color fastness of high content of spandex (30%) of polyester spandex knitted fabric dyed with6PUD disperse dyes afterreduction clearing respectively reach grade4~5and grade4;(5) new red PU disperse dyeis a kind of more suitable disperse dye for the high content of spandex fabrics;(6) levelingagent SBM had the greatest influence of absorbance for three kinds of disperse dye,obviously changing the maximum absorption wavelength displacement; PAA sodium hasgood function of scattering; on the contrary, dispersant CNF has a smaller influence todyes.
