Panel furniture can be found everywhere in our daily life,and the environment of work and study,especially in home,office and other fields,at the same time,the demand for panel furniture is increasing year by year.The panel furniture is composed mainly by the three in one connection piece.And the three in one connection piece is composed of the embedded part,the screw and the eccentric wheel.However,a slight carelessness in the process of installing the expansion embedded parts will directly damage the surface of the plank,so this process is particularly important.Woodworking machinery is a slow developing industry in China.CNC woodworking machinery relies on more imports from developed countries and regions,and has not yet found the mechanical automation equipment with automatic installation of expansion embedded parts.At present,the market mainly depends on manual installation of workers,which is easy to cause damage to the surface of the plank with low degree of automation and high intensity of employment.Therefore,it is of great economic and practical value to develop the equipment for automatic installation of expansion embedded parts.According to the observation on the process of manual installation of embedded parts and the actual requirements of manufacturers,this paper analyzes and summarizes the technical problems that need to be solved in the process of automating the automatic installation of expandable embedded parts,which mainly includes: 1)How to screen the reserved holes of embedded parts automatically when there are many technological holes on the plank.2)How to accurately obtain the position of the center of the reserved hole.3)How to realize the relationship between the center coordinates of the reserved holes and the actual fixture position coordinates of the equipment,so as to obtain the relative coordinate data between the center of the reserved holes and the starting point of the program.4)How to realize the accurate feeding position of the three axes of the equipment,so as to accurately move the punching device to the center position of the reserved hole.5)How to realize the uninterrupted supply of embedded parts in CNC equipment.What the purpose of this project is to improve the automation degree of installation expansion embedded parts,reduce the labor load of employees,and increase productivity.The equipment adopts the layout form of the gantry three-axis sliding platform structure production line,and through the tailor-made software development of the conventional AutoCAD software,the function of automatically selecting the holes in the expansion preburied parts on the drawings and automatically extracting the position coordinates of the holes in the plates can be obtained.And depending on the powerful data analysis of MATLAB and the advanced technical function of numerical calculation,the program statements which can automatically generate the code of CNC track can be automatically generated according to the position coordinates of the holes in the expansion embedded parts on the sheet metal.As a result,a set of filling equipment with functions of automatic screening,coordinate information extraction and accurate addressing location has been developed.
