| In modern welding production,there are higher requirements for welding process management,quality assurance,post-welding inspection instruction and welding real-time monitoring.In order to solve the problem,this paper developed a system of welding process parameters acquisition and monitoring and established a weld quality evaluation system based on welding electric parameters’ welding stability and quality characteristics.It can predict welding quality,guide the detection after welding.We used USB-4711A data acquisition card to establish the welding process parameter acquisition system.This system can realize the real-time collection,display and storage of welding process parameters.For arc welding process parameter wavelet threshold denoising method of interference elimination technology research,this paper designed a wavelet filter based on LabVIEW,and got the optimum wavelet filtering parameters for PMIG welding is sym5 with 3 layer.In this paper,we extract and analysed arc welding quality characteristics and stability features.We used 316L stainless steel plate PMIG welding docking tests as the research object.We designed a software module which can extract PMIG welding current and voltage parameters of probability density characteristics and the frequency of the current pulse duration characteristics and calculated the approximate entropy of current and voltage.We obtained a welding model by analyzing the characteristics and the relationship between welding stability and forming quality.This paper proves the frequency of the current pulse duration characteristics can be used to evaluate the welding forming quality.Also we got the relationship between these characteristics and welding quality.This paper used support vector machine(SVM)for the prediction evaluation of welding forming quality.For different welding process and the additional conditions,there are two categories that are fusion and unfusion under conderation.This paper established a 122-D welding forming quality characteristics sample base which based on the forming quality parameters of welding current,voltage of welding quality characteristics.This sample base is used to calculate in SVM.Through cross validation,the gaussian kernel function has gotten the highest fusion classification accuracy of 87.9%.And we got the optimal classification parameters.This paper designed welding parameter monitoring and management software system in the welding workshop and realized the statistics and management of on-line monitoring of the welding workshop process parameters,welding quality traceability assessment,welding time,material consumption and welding equipment information. |
