Study On Utilization Of Agricultural Waste Resources In Heilongjiang Province

Heilongjiang Province is a large agricultural province.The total amount of straw resources and the total amount of livestock and poultry manure in Heilongjiang Province is huge.The stalks of livestock and livestock and poultry manure are naturally decomposed,and a large amount of straw resources and livestock and poultry manure resources cannot be digested,resulting in a large number of straws being burned.The livestock manure is discharged at will,causing serious environmental pollution and agricultural non-point source pollution.Straw resources and livestock manure contain N,P,K and other elements required for crops,which are valuable renewable biomass resources.Therefore,the analysis of the comprehensive utilization of straw resources and livestock manure agricultural waste in Heilongjiang Province is to promote Heilongjiang.An important measure for the sustainable development of agriculture in the province.This paper uses statistical analysis,qualitative and quantitative research methods to calculate the total amount of agricultural waste resources in Heilongjiang Province from 2005 to 2016 and the spatial distribution characteristics of the total amount and composition of agricultural waste in different regions of Heilongjiang Province,and based on agricultural waste.The total pollution and the regional distribution,analyzed the potential pollution risks of agricultural waste in Heilongjiang Province;analyzed the characteristics,efficiency,efficiency and development trend of the agricultural waste resource utilization model in Heilongjiang Province and faced the problems of technology,cost and market;The main factors restricting the comprehensive utilization of straw and livestock manure in Heilongjiang Province were analyzed.The calculation results show that the crop yield and livestock and poultry manure production in Heilongjiang Province showed a linear growth trend from 2005 to 2016.In 2016,the crop straw reached 74.439 million tons,and the livestock and poultry manure reached 100.40 million tons,indicating that the resource utilization potential of Heilongjiang straw and livestock manure is very large.Due to the large differences in planting and aquaculture structures in different regions of Heilongjiang Province,the regional distribution of agricultural waste resources in Heilongjiang Province is quite different.The irrational use of straw and livestock manure needs to accelerate the resource utilization of agricultural waste in Heilongjiang and achieve sustainable development of agriculture.Affected by natural conditions and agricultural policies,economic and social development levels and utilization technologies,the use of agricultural waste in Heilongjiang Province mainly has high cost in collecting,storage and transportation,technical bottlenecks to be broken,farmers’ use of waste initiative and environmental awareness,market The system is notperfect,and the level of industrialization is low.Combining the current characteristics of agricultural and animal husbandry industry in Heilongjiang Province,the status quo of agricultural waste utilization and technical equipment level,aiming at the problems of agricultural waste utilization in Heilongjiang Province,this paper will strengthen the research and development and promotion of resource utilization technology,and will make agricultural waste Incorporate resource utilization into regional economic and social development plans,implement preferential policies for the use of the main body,promote cooperation between enterprises and farmers,accelerate the improvement of the marketization system for agricultural waste utilization,and decentralize the government to promote the environmental function of public organizations’ social capital,and pilot trials of pollution.Seven aspects,such as the right transaction,proposed countermeasures to promote the resource utilization of agricultural waste in Heilongjiang.
