Research On Modeling Design Of The Mastectomy Bra For Formal Dress Based On Different Postoperative Shape

In recent years,breast cancer is no longer a rare malignancy,it great harming the patient's physical and mental health.Especially patients who got mastectomy,their demands on life are significantly higher than those of healthy people.In order to further meeting the daily needs of the patients who got mastectomy,Chinese market introduce the postoperative,postoperative bra and the shape of the postoperative is varied,but the postoperative bras are not mature enough and can not fully meet the needs of those patients who got mastectomy,especially the social needs.Based on the Maslow's need hierarchy theory and different postoperative shape,combined with different styles of dress.this study put forward the concept of " mastectomy bra for formal dress".the 14 breast cancer patients who got mastectomy in Shandong Cancer Hospital were investigated by questionnaire,the data were analyzed by SPSS17.0and the market demand of the mastectomy bra for formal dress was obtained.The survey found that the market is mainly concentrated on highly that breast cancer patients who are educated,engaged in the individual business,managers and other image-oriented occupations,and who have a certain economic basis.And mainly middle-aged women,but there is a trend towards younger people.Their age,psychological change(It includes the change of the patient's attitude towards spouse,friends and colleague,and the cognition of the effect of operation on life.),educational background and job position affect their demand for the mastectomy bra for formal dress.The requirement for the mastectomy bra for formal dress is that fabric is moisturizing breathable,the color is rich and varied,and it can be selected according to the color of the dress.Black and white are generally accepted.No steel wires cup and removable shoulder straps are easy to accept.Secondly,according to the investigation,this study design the mastectomy bra for formal dress.The following suggestions are made for the design of the mastectomy bra for formal dress:(1)In the market,the middle-aged market should be the main focus,and the youth market should be properly developed;(2)In terms of color selection,We should always pay attention to the color trends of dresses.Strengthen the relationship between formal dress and the mastectomy bra for formal dress,but most of the patients can accept black and white colors,so black and white can be used as classic colors;(3)In terms of style design,Most patients choose cup styles without steel wires,reducing unnecessary structural lines and focusing on simplicity.The shoulder straps can be detachable for easy matching with a variety of dress styles.(4)We should be more cautious in the selection of fabrics.Because the patient's skin is more sensitive after mastectomy,the fabric is mainly cotton;(5)In the postoperative bra inner pocket structure,the high-advanced inner pockets perfectlymatched the shape of it and the shape of the postoperative,which improved the stability of the breasts.
