With the continuous expansion of China's coastal petrochemical industry,large-scale petrochemical bases and national oil reserve bases continue to be planned and constructed.In the process of storage and transportation of petrochemical products,leakage,spillover,dripping and other phenomena are easy to occur.When pollutants infiltrate into the groundwater layer from the ground,groundwater pollution in the petrochemical field will be caused.The water resources of social operation mainly come from groundwater,which is an indispensable part of people's daily life,social operation and labor production.If the water environment is endangered,it will directly affect the survival and development of human beings.At present,the common seepage prevention materials used in petrochemical enterprises are natural seepage prevention materials,synthetic organic seepage prevention materials and cement-based crystalline seepage prevention materials.Compared with other materials,natural impervious materials have the advantages of simple construction,easy to maintenant and repair,and low cost.However,the natural seepage prevention materials which meet the requirements of the code are limited.In this paper,the modified compacted clay lining materials are studied.By using new materials to modify clay,the seepage prevention properties and compressive strength of clay are improved,which are beneficial to the use of petrochemical tank areas.At the same time,through experimental research,the proper use of this material to the floor of the tank farm is obtained.In this paper,the clay around Zhoushan Lanshan National Reserve Base is taken as the research object.The purpose is to provide improved methods and materials for the structure of impervious layer on the ground of large crude oil tank field,and to solve the problems and current situation of other materials which are not conducive to the safe use of landfill,such as poor impervious performance,poor self-repairing ability and high cost.Therefore,it is very important to find an economic and effective impervious layer structure for the development of environmental protection in China by referring to the current economic development conditions.The code requires that the permeability coefficient of the impervious layer is less than 1.0×10-7cm/s,and the thickness of the impervious layer is specified;the construction of the clay layer should be compacted by layers and the compactness of the clay layer should be checked by the ring knife method.Therefore,the impervious material added in the clay should meet the requirements of stability,imperviousness and crack prevention.The marine mud of our country is rich in reserves,widely distributed and cheap and easy to take.marine mud has the characteristics of high porosity ratio,high water content,strong compressibility and strong impermeability,which can improve the framework structure of clay.The research route is mainly divided into two parts:the first part is the study of the structure and properties of impervious layer and the selection of modified materials.The second part is to study the geomechanical properties of the composites through the geomechanical test,through the indoor infiltration test,limit moisture content test,theoretical analysis and other methods,under the action of leachate modified material impervious performance analysis and discussion,study the impervious performance of the composites.Finally,based on the data of the optimum content of modified clay,the optimum water content and the maximum compaction density,the seepage prevention scheme of the material used in large crude oil storage tanks is designed to lay a foundation for solving the increasingly serious groundwater pollution problem in the petrochemical field.In view of the severe situation of tank seepage prevention system in China and the characteristics of petrochemical enterprises,this paper intends to perfect the seepage prevention technology of petrochemical enterprises,design the seepage prevention system of large crude oil tanks,creatively develop new seepage prevention materials for port-vicinity oil tanks,and study their properties as seepage prevention materials.It provides theoretical basis for development and application,and provides reference for reasonable seepage control in tank farm.
