Construction machinery is an important part of China’s equipment industry.The crawler bulldozer belongs to the shovel engineering machinery,which plays a decisive role in construction machinery.It is widely used in hydraulic engineering,railway and highway construction.Especially under harsh working conditions,it has the irreplaceable role of other machines,and can effectively cooperate with other construction machinery to maximize mechanical efficiency.As everyone knows,with the diversification of products and large-scale,is a big challenge for the manufacturing technology of large structure,the main frame,the frame is the main stress components of bulldozer,bear the power unit,drive unit,walking unit and the whole system is installed on the supporting role,the key.A plate is contained in the construction condition of welding box structure,commonly known as the box,box with four steel plates for lap fillet welding head,long straight symmetrical welds,the welding deformation is large and difficult to control,frequent weld quality problem and square box bending error problem in the production process,serious influence the quality and reliability of the product.How to improve the welding quality and production efficiency of the rectangular box is a difficult problem to be overcome.With the upmarket equipment manufacturing industry to become the "Chinese 2025" focus on the development of one of the ten pillar industries,the construction machinery industry will be the emergence of new opportunities,the next 10 years or a period of production enterprises will face manufacturing intelligent,flexible,highly integrated automation should be used during the transition period.In this paper,the research on the above problems is carried out in the following aspects:First,improve the product structure,successively through theoretical research and experiments,the original structure is composed of sheet lap fillet welding for innovation on the convex shaped plate,sheet metal welding lap around structure,at the same time to improve the quality of products is conducive to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of group to group.Then,we carry out the research of new materials and new processes,take the continuous casting hot rolled once shaped convex steel profiles to replace the cold processing technology of the original plank cutting and gouging,and achieve the goal of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.Secondly,the deformation mechanism of welding heat input leads to stress redistribution balance,take technology to eliminate internal stress of sheet metal welding pretreatment;welding intelligent automatic lifting and welding process parameter optimization,effectively reduce welding deformation and reduce the subsequent process,simultaneously enhance the quality of the work piece,more favorable to mass production.The third,take the welding process for orthopedic work,innovative design of multi-functional orthopedic equipment,through the application of integration testing line,solve the original situation can correct the bending of rectangular box,overcome the distortion of orthopedic incurable industry problems,in the construction machinery industry is the first,and has authorized invention patents.Finally,in order to better rationalize production,combined with the logistics and process characteristics,take a parallel flexible production model line,which in turn contains high technology equipment group on the plane,double dual manipulator robot welding workstation,bending correction integration testing line,realized the standardization of rectangular box type parts,through the work load analysis the dynamic management and monitoring,to mechanical engineering class study on welding process of rectangular box and mass production purposes.
