Pressure vessels are widely used in petroleum chemical industry,aerospace,medicine and so on,which belongs to the pillar industry.With the increasingly market competition,the pressure vessel manufacturing enterprises need to constantly improve the level of manufacturing technology itself,so as to enhance the market competitiveness.With domestic process units development trend of large-scale,more and more large pressure containing equipment also are in the rapid development,this paragraph study the post welding heat treatment of large tower vessel manufacturing process as the starting point,to eliminate and analysis various factors that effected thermal stress and deformation during heat treatment process,combined with the production of the actual practice,summarized the technical process measures for preventing the deformation.In this paragraph,analysis the influences of different deformation factors on equipment by calculation through an example of a heat treated tower equipment,to verify how the factors lead to the occurrence of various deformation result.Finally,three suggestions are raised for preventing the deformation based on various factors analysis that effect the stability of equipment together with engineer practices.which is temperature control,base support layout and extra internal support...
