Perfluorinated alkyl acid(Perfluoroalkyl acids,PFAAs),as a typical ionic persistent organic pollutants(POPs),are widely used in various fields with its unique physical and chemical property.Besides, the exposure of toxicity has also become one of the most issues in current research. The accurate exposure hazards evaluation is the premise to carry out risk assessment, which also is the important basis of produce quality safety, especially in the agricultural field. In this paper, the research was studied the distribution of PFAAs in agricultural water in some areas of Hainan Province and metabolic effects on soybean leaves result from PFAAs by using high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC/MS/MS)and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)time of flight mass spectrometry(HPLC-TOF-MS)technology.The main contents are as follows.1.Analysis of PFAAs investigation and potential pollution sources in farmland of Hainan province. This paper analysed farmland PFAAs potential sources of pollution in groundwater using solid phase extraction(SPE)pretreatment with high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC/MS/MS)methods,and combined with SPSS statistical methods,to analyse 16 kinds of main PFAAs content the distribution in groundwater of Hainan province farmland. The results showed that PFAA pollution occurred in farmland groundwater from Hainan Province. The main pollutants were PFPrA,PFBA and PFOA.Atmosphere deposition was an important source pollution mechanism.Furthermore,it was the first time that the ultra short chain PFPrA was detected in Hainan farmland groundwater where it was one of the main pollutants in the groundwater. This result is important and needs further research.2.Using QuEChERS to determine the content of PFAAs in soybean and other agricultural products. This article established new QuEChERS method based on agricultural products such as soybean through improving the traditional PFAAs pretreatment methods. The QuEChERS method with low toxicity and short operation time is simplely, rapidly and efficiently compared with traditional pretreatment method, which is advantage to detected lots of samples. This paper preliminary understood the enrichment effect of PFAAs plants for water environment by detecting the cultivation of soybean plant under different concentrations. The study found that the plant leaf enrichment effect of soybean in the highest in short carbon chain compounds, which provided a certain amount of research background for the quality and safety of agricultural products.3.The metabolic effects of perfluorochemicals on soybean metabolism based on plant metabolomics. This research carried out the plant metabolomics technology of soybean leaves under different concentration training study of the metabolic effect and optimized the pretreatment method of plant metabolomics based on water environment background investigation and soybean PFAAs enrichment effect on water environment. It screened out 32 potential differences metabolites under different time, different concentration of targeted metabolites by HPLC-TOF-MS technique, data processing technology such as principal component analysis of soybean metabolites of PFAAs.Further more,it was useful to understand their participation and the influence of metabolic pathways and processes through high resolution spectra and secondary spectra of different metabolites identification such as the structure, which provided certain scientific basis for the environment risk assessment of pollutants and toxicity studies.
