| With the rapid development of coal industry in China,some of the coal mining is under the coal seam that has been mined,which has an affection for the upper roadways.The shaft and roadways of Zheng De coalmine were affected seriously when there were a mining of 21110 workface in the Yun Mei No.1 coal mine.This paper aim at analyzing the reason of damaged roadways and the effective scope duo to mining of 21110 workface in the Yun Mei.Based on mining conditions underground provided by the Yun Mei No.1 coal mine and Zheng De coalmine,the paper analyzed the cause of damaged tunnel and influence scope in the upper stope for mining the lower coal seam in double seam of long distance.Firstly,we found out that the characteristics of the damaged overburden rock and reason of part damaged tunnel by the way of experience formula of the damage overburden rock height and the UDEC of numerical simulation software.At the same time,via using computer software named FLAC3 D finite and probability-integral method,we revealed the ground movement deformation features of tilted stratum,and the main reason for most of damaged tunnel in Zheng De coalmine.According to the above study,we ascertained the mining influence scope of Zheng De coalmine through strata movement angle,and then calculated the number of damaged tunnels.In conclusion,the results of our research and analysis prove that a small number of damaged tunnel is destroyed because of the damaged overburden rock and strata movement due to mining the lower coal seam,while the most damaged tunnel is just for strata movement deformation.In the tilted stratum ground of Zheng De coalmine,there is the mining influence scope of the rise larger than the dip’s,because it is affected by itself weight and the component force of original rock stress in parallel with the tilted stratum ground,so that strata movement Angle of the rise is bigger than the dip’s.We calculate the mining influence scope through the optimized strata movement Angle,and ascertain the number of damaged tunnel,which is the same as the number provided by Zheng De coalmine almost.Meanwhile,it also can provide a reference for similar cases. |
