As a new green mining technology, compacted solid filling method infully-mechanized coal mining has become an important development direction ofscientific and green mining, through which compacted solid waste is filled into thegoaf to strictly control strata and ground movement, so that water and buildings'safety can be ensured effectively. It has been proved as one of the most effective waysto liberate "three under" coal by industry practice. Aiming at shortcomings of soliddensity filling mining technology theory at present, similar material simulation,analysis based on observation data and theory study are combined to research stratamovement mechanism, surface subsidence prediction theory, quality control of fillingand design method of "three under" solid filling coal mining in this paper. Mainlyachievements are as follows:1) Investigation situation of solid filling mining technology at both home andabroad is analyzed through study on literature. There are some progress in keyequipment research and development as well as design theory of backfill techniqueand some obvious deficiency on design theory of solid filling materials, mechanismand steady prediction of strata and ground movement, overlaying rock failure law,calculation method about the height of water suture zone and solid filling qualitycontrol theory need to further study in solid filling mining theoretical system. It is stillon industrial testing stage.2) Overlaying rock failure law of solid filling coal mining has been discoveredthrough similar material simulation and drilling peep in this article. Adopting this newcoal mining technology, roof collapse is effectively controlled, and there only exits acertain height fracture zone, which mainly distributes above the border of coal goafand hardly be discovered in the middle part. There are three rock mass structure typeswhich includes bulk structure (goaf solid filling, secondary structure body type),massive spallation structure (fault zone, the secondary structure body type) and acomplete layer structure (bending belt and rock outside of mining influence) of solidfilling coal mining. On the basis of these theories, overlying strata failure mechanismof both compacted solid filling and the uncompacted are analyzed, as well as themethod of damage height of overburden rock provided.3) Mechanical model for strata movement of compacted solid filling mining isestablished in this article. According to the sedimentary characteristics of mining coalformation, two the strata movement mode are put forward: a model with key strata and another without, and whose feature of strata movement is discovered throughsimilar material simulation. On that basis, their mechanical models are built. Theformer include three sub-models:beams, the key strata, on viscoelastic foundation,rock mass geometric movement above key strata,soil geometric deformation onbedrock; the latter is laminated beams and plates on viscoelastic foundation, whichbased on state space theory.4) Steady prediction model of surface subsidence for compacted solid fillingmining has been established in this article. Based on laminated plates mechanicalmodel, differential equations of rock plate element are built,whose solutions arecalculated on the condition that "δ-function"3d boundary value is got. Influencefunction of element excavation based on laminated plates is completely same asprobability integral method which is usually in application of ground subsidenceprediction for shallow fall way mining in form, but their model parameters' meaningand value are different. And the new prediction model's parameters' meaning andcalculation method are also discussed through the similar material simulation andtheory investigation.5) Framework of compacted solid filling's quality control system is establishedin this article. The framework consist of control theory of strata movement, filling'squality design, filling's quality control and filling's quality monitoring, and its keytechnology is particularly researched.6) The design method of "three under" solid filling coal mining is put forward inthis article. According to the strata movement theory established in this paper,calculation method of rock destruction and some relevant technical regulation, designmethod of solid filling coal mining under water and buildings is proposed, and it hasbeen successfully used in the testing production area of Pingmei12th coal mine.There are109figures,27tables and153references in this paper.
