With the continuous development of China's coal industry, mining succeeded of China's coal industry is increasingly strained, and the reserve resources are shortage. So, in order to better recovery the country's coal resources, try to avoid the loss of coal resources, and to ensure the stability of mine production and mine production efficiency and extending the service life of mine. Coal resources be full protected and exploited. Research on the coal mining under shaft, shaft movement and deformation regular caused by coal mining and maintenance technology is necessary and has the practical significance. In this paper, research on the movement and deformation regular of shaft and strata caused by mining near the shaft, and maintenance technology, with the example of Anyang Dazhong Coal Industry Co., Ltd mining the coal resources under the north air shaft. Three mining plan are proposed. Research on the movement and deformation regular of shaft and strata caused by different mining plan from the three mining plan. The probability integration method is used to estimate the different mining plan. The FLAC 3D is used to proceed the Numerical Simulation. The shaft stress and deformation of the different mining plan is researched. The stress concentration and damage approximate location of shaft is fund by Numerical Simulation in different mining plan. The different maintenance technology offered for different location of shaft. The mining ratio of the coal resources under shaft is improved. A simple research method of China's coal resources under shaft mining is offered.
