Study And Application Of Bacteriostasis Effect Of Goat Milk

This study determined and analyzed the antibacterial properties of goat milk whey and the application in cosmetics.The best formula and optimum technological conditions of goat milk mask were determined by orthogonal test.The safety and efficacy of the goat milk mask was ensured through the determination of physical and chemical indexes,sensory indexes,hygienic indexes and efficacy.The study on the antibacterial effect of goat milk showed that: goat milk whey has inhibitory effect on P.acnes,and there are significant differences in the antibacterial performance of goat milk whey with different concentrations,different pH values,and different heat treatment temperatures.Among them,the goat milk whey concentration of 100mg/mL inhibitory rate was the highest in the concentration of 20~100mg/mL,the inhibition rate increased slowly,when the concentration of 5mg/mL had obvious inhibitory effect;when the p H value is 6 of the culture environment,the bacteriostasis of goat milk whey is highest;bacteriostasis of goat milk whey decreased with the increase of temperature and degrees still antibacterial activity at 80℃.The best formulation and preparation process of goat cream mask:(1)Best formula goat milk whey 15%,glycerol 5%,propylene glycol 4%,carbomer 0.3%,triethanolamine 0.5%,caprylic/capric triglyceride 1.4%,polydimethylsiloxane 2%,monoglyceryl stearate 0.45%,and cetearyl alcohol 0.35%.(2)The optimum process flow: the optimum temperature is 75°C,the optimum emulsification time is 5 min,and the raw materials are added in the order of deionized water,carbomer,glycerol,propylene glycol,butylene glycol,triethanolamine,hyaluronic acid,sodium,deionized water,monoglyceryl stearate,cetearyl alcohol,caprylic/capric triglyceride,dimethicone,whey,tocopheryl acetate,flavors,and preservatives.The experimental study of the performance of goat milk mask shows that:(1)By measuring the physicochemical,sensory,and hygienic indexes of the goat milk mask,the mask meets industry standards and can be used and used for production.(2)The therapeutic effect of goat milk mask on acne rabbit ear was studied from the perspective of pathology.The surface changes of rabbit ears were visually observed,and the goat milk mask had a relief effect on acne symptoms.IL-8 and TNF-α were detected in tissue.The level of cytokines was significantly lower than that of the model group.Comprehensive analysis showed that goat milk mask has an auxiliary therapeutic effect on the symptoms of acne.(3)The research on the moisturizing properties of the mask shows that the goat milk mask has good moisturizing properties.
