| With the economic and social development,the demand for goat milk and infant formula goat milk powder have become more and more prosperous.At the same time,many fake and shoddy products have appeared on the market.Therefore,it is very important to establish a quick and simple means of quality assessment.In this paper,fingerprints of goat milk and Yatai brand infant formula goat milk powder were established by near infrared spectroscopy and reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography,and compared with adulterated samples,to provides evidence for the identification and brand protection of goat milk and infant formula milk powder.The main findings are as follows:(1)Based on near-infrared spectroscopy,the fingerprints of goat milk and Yatai infant formula goat milk powder were established,and the common peaks of the six characteristics of goat milk and the nine characteristics of formula milk powder were confirmed.Among them,the near-infrared wavenumbers corresponding to the characteristic peaks of goat milk respectively are:10270.95,8612.31,8334.77,6914.12,5539.54,and 5202.52cm-1.And the near-infrared wavenumbers corresponding to the characteristic peaks of infant formula goat milk powder respectively are:8262.08,6795.08,6352.36,5790.64,5684.91,5162.87,4753.17,4368.86,4257.56 cm-1.The stability,precision and reproducibility of the method are good.(2)Based on reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography,the fingerprints of goat milk and Yatai infant formula goat milk powder were established,and the five characteristic common peaks of goat milk and infant formula goat milk powder were confirmed.the retention time corresponding to the characteristic peaks of goat milk respectively are:20.831,24.793,28.394,30.540,31.548min.And the retention time corresponding to the characteristic peaks of infant formula goat milk powder respectively are:15.616,21.536,24.933,32.680,39.622 min.The stability,precision and reproducibility of the method are good.(3)Based on near-infrared spectroscopy and reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography,Yatai brand infant formula goat milk powder 1,2,3 stages can be distinguished.In the identification of adulteration test,the use of reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography can effectively distinguish infant formula goat milk powder adulterated in cow whey powder but can not effectively distinguish goat milk adulterated in cow milk;the use of near-infrared spectroscopy can effectively identify goat milk adulterated in cow milk and infant formula goat milk powder adulterated in cow whey powder. |
