CS-1-G catalyst is a kind of catalyst with high activity and strong adaptability for raw materials and has been successfully applied in many polypropylene plants at home and abroad.In the process of washing and drying of CS-1-G catalyst,there are some problems such as low automation,backward technology and potential safety hazard.The automatic control system of chemical industry can not only greatly improve labor productivity,but also provide a safe working environment for operators.In this context,a set of automatic DCS system was designed for the washing and drying process of CS-1-G catalyst.According to the demand of the manufacturers and the analysis of the washing and drying process of CS-1-G catalyst,this paper puts forward a design scheme based on SHCAN2000 distributed control system.The system is divided into control layer and monitoring layer.The control system adopts SHCAN series intelligent measurement and control components to control the temperature,pressure,flow and other important parameters of the washing and drying process.These components have rich control functions,flexible programming and good economic gain.We need to complete the hardware selection,the design of the double loop diagram,the configuration design of machine and so on work.The monitoring layer utilizes FIX configuration software to design monitoring interface.It can clearly show the process flow and has the functions of providing and recording history data,alarming faults,printing and so on.With this interface,operators can set parameters for the whole production,switch between manual control and automatic,monitor the running state of the production line and so on.We need to complete the design of FIX communication variables,set the I/O driver,to create the design of real-time database and monitoring interface.Debugging results show that this control system can meet the security,stability,high precision of control requirements.This is a high degree of automation control scheme,under the condition of meeting the technological requirements of realizing the automatic control of the system.
