| Vamp punching is a very important process in the shoemaking process.At present,most of the manual punching or semi-automatic punching methods are used.The labor intensity is high and the punching accuracy is low,which affects the improvement of the overall production efficiency of the enterprise.Therefore,it is urgently needed Develop a fully automatic,high-efficiency vamp punching automatic control system.This article first discusses the functional requirements and design principles of the control system,and plans the overall structure of the system.The system is controlled by epigynous machine and hypogynous machine.The hypogynous machine selects one PLC as the control master station,and another four PLC as the control follow station,the communication between theepigynous machine and hypogynous machine adopts the PROFINET network,and the communication between the master and follow stations adopts the Tp-Link network,forming a distributed control system.Secondly,according to the functional requirements of the system,the required hardware was selected,the Eplan software is used to design the hardware working principle diagram,hardware wiring diagram,and complete the drawing of the PLC external wiring diagram according to the I/O address distribution table,and then according to the PLC External wiring diagrams,hardware wiring diagrams,and the principles of platform construction reliability and stability have completed the construction of the vamp punching automatic control system platform.Then,use Botu software to complete the configuration of the system hardware and the programming of each control link of the PLC,and use MCGS configuration software to construct the touch screen man-machine interface.Finally,the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the unoptimized punching trajectory of the vamp on the Matlab software,and the punching trajectory before and after the optimization is simulated,and the results are compared to verify the feasibility of the optimized result and further improve the efficiency of the vamp punching.The design of the shoe upper punching automatic control system in this paper is derived from the actual production line of the shoe manufacturer.The system combines the PLC control technology and the genetic algorithm principle to realize the automatic control of the entire shoe upper punching process,and can monitor each workbench in real time.The operation status can detect and deal with faults in time.The fully automatic and high-efficiency features fully meet the needs of shoe-making enterprises and have certain practical significance. |
