The Full Density Polyethylene Catalyst Automatic Production Monitoring System

Among them, the control layer adopts SHCAN6102 intelligent measurement and control components to complete the detection of process variables on the spot, control and alarm function, and industrial monitoring layer is realized by Advantech IPC, which is connected to the control layer by means of the network card and CAN bus. Monitoring layer adopts FIX configuration software to complete the man-machine interface, realizes implementation of human-computer interaction, remote real-time monitoring and data record alarm, etc.The full density polyethylene catalyst automatic monitoring system has been officially put into operation in the chemical factory, which meets the security, stability, high precision of control requirements after verification.
