In recent years,with domestic economic development,the demand of chemicals is rising and the chemical industry is developing rapidly.Chemical disaster accidents occur frequently,which has a serious impact on human safety and the environment.Coating as the basic material of the application of chemical industry,it is closely related to our life and production.With the demand and application scope of the coating expanding continuously,the domestic paint production base is constantly being established to meet the rising demand of the national economy.However,the coating production industry generally exists many issues,such as the level of production device is not high,the automation is low degree and the safety facilities are not perfect.There are certain security risks.In particular,the production of base material resin involves high temperature and high pressure operation.If the equipment facilities are not operated properly or the safety facilities are inadequate,there will be serious fire explosion accidents.Therefore,It is of great and practical significance for the research of safety evaluation of coatings production enterprises in the present security situation of coatings production industry.In this paper,the safety analysis and evaluation of coating resin production technology are studied.Firstly,it analyzes the danger and harmful factors in the production process of paint production enterprises,and evaluates the production and storage devices through the "evaluation method of risk" to obtain the danger level.Secondly,the process of resin production is further identified,and the main factors affecting safety are analyzed systematically.Thirdly,combining the knowledge of safety management,the improvement plan and plan of resin production process are proposed.Finally,the improved safety index was obtained by evaluating the process before and after the improvement of process through the means of fire explosion index method.By improving the safety of resin production and reducing the incidence of accidents in the production process,the safety of people's life and property are effectively guaranteed.In combination with the actual situation of coating production enterprises,a feasible plan for production safety emergency rescue is formulated,which can greatly improve the emergency rescue ability of enterprises.
